Tattler readers may recall that a few months ago I reported that an enterprising producer was conjuring up with a "Housewives of Las Vegas" reality show.
According to inside sources, the "Vegas Elite" copy-cat is currently being lensed quietly in the desert oasis with little fanfare.
The "cast" is a curious one, indeed!
Top picks include Pia Zadora - a sex kitten (with a wonderful voice) who often graced the stage on the Vegas strip - and Frank Marino.
Marino is a well-known female impersonator locally with a large fan base beyond the gay community.
Apparently, a former Miss Ukraine (spouse to a high-flying local businessman) is slated to parade before the cameras, too.
The other cast members - mostly B-list celebrities - are waiting in the wings for their big splash on the reality-show terrain.
Will "Vegas Elite" find an audience?
